We understand that supporting your child through challenges with their mental, emotional, or behavioral health can feel overwhelming. At LSS, we provide a supportive space for them to heal from trauma, learn how to cope, and develop skills necessary to reach their full potential.
Our residential treatment programs—Canyon Hills Center in Spearfish and Summit Oaks Center in Sioux Falls—offer 24-hour care in safe, nurturing group environments. Here, your child has a team to help them work through challenges and develop the skills they need to succeed at home and in their school and community.

Family & Aftercare Services
From the moment your child enters our care, we'll ensure your whole family is supported through counseling, home visits, transitional services, and aftercare. You'll also have plenty of opportunities to keep in touch with your child during their stay.
