Support for Young Adults
LSS Community Resource Program equips young adults with independent living skills through one-to-one education, workshops, and conferences. It also helps them access post-secondary education funding, housing assistance, and startup support after graduation.
LSS staff provide case management support to youth in care and those who have left the custody of the Department of Social Services. Eligible youth include those who are or have been in foster care or the juvenile justice system.
Self-Sufficient Learning
LSS Community Resource Program is offered to young adults ages 16 to 21 and helps them learn skills to be self-sufficient adults.
